This past summer, DayZero LLC participated in the Cascadia CleanTech Alliance, a mentoring program to help startups that contribute to clean energy. The water box uses 1/10,000 the energy it takes to boil water using fire or electricity, as well as eliminating the health risks and negative environmental impact of these methods. 

Our product was recognized by the CleanTech Alliance organizers with the Potential Impact Award, given to the startup with the best opportunity to make a difference in the world.
